How does billing work?
You pay a fixed monthly subscription per AI employee, plus pay-as-you-go voice credits (€0.13/min). The subscription covers the AI, integrations, and a monthly allocation of free minutes. Voice credits only get used beyond the free allocation.
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. You can sign up, explore the platform, and configure your first AI employee without a card. A card is only required when you hire — and you can cancel any time before that.
Can I bring my own phone number?
Yes. Bring your own via Twilio, Telnyx, or a SIP trunk — BYOD rates apply (€0.11/min). If you prefer a zero-setup option, we provision EU and US numbers directly for €5/month each.
What about VAT?
Handled automatically. EU businesses with a valid VAT number pay 0% via reverse-charge (Art. 196). Consumers and businesses without a VAT number are charged VAT at the correct rate for their country via Stripe Tax.
How do I cancel?
Fire any AI employee at any time from the dashboard. If you fire your last one, the subscription cancels at the end of the current billing period and you never get charged again. No phone calls, no retention teams.
Can I test before I commit?
Yes — every role has a pre-hire test mode where you can configure the agent and speak with it for free before any charges. Think of it as a trial interview with your AI employee.
What if I need more than 10 agents?
For larger deployments we offer custom pricing, dedicated support, and enterprise features like SSO and audit logs. Get in touch via the contact page.
